The way Wisconsin has arranged the information for the courts is by basically dividing the information up.  If you are trying to look up is somewhat basic, you are able through a special court webpage, to simply go to http://wcca.wicourts.gov/simpleCaseSearch.xsl and you will be taken to a page that is a form called Wisconsin Circuit Course Access Simple Case Search (Form).  The form is quick and easy to fill out, in fact yon need only fill in the Party Name, Birth Date, Business Name, County and Case Number (if you have it) and by clicking “Search” you will b able to retrieve basic records and information regarding that individual or case.

On the same page, there are categories at the top that explain what a Simple Search is, take you to an Advanced Search section, a Judgement Search section and more.  There is a section called “Reports” and there are FAQ’s, Links and Payment Fees that can be paid online.
